Optimum Post-Warranty Maintenance Policies for Products with Random Working Cycles

The working cycle of the products can be supervised by sensors and other measuring technologies. This fact means that supervising cycle, manufacturer devise a warranty policy, continuing to supervise post-warranty consumer model maintenance. However, in literature, there is no associated work. Integrating renewing free-replacement (RFRW) number cycles, this paper proposes two-dimensional which applied warrant product analyze related cost. By extending policy maintenance model, we investigate two kinds models, including uniform customized model. For each provide an algorithm seek optimum solution. Finally, some numerical experiments demonstrate results show for produced cost, traditional RFRW higher than proposed inferior policy.
